Solution oriented short term therapy


In combination with my work as a coach and nutrition therapist, I offer you a supportive, solution-focused short-term consultation or therapy that increases the success of personal coaching.

Solution-focused therapy according to Steve de Shazer is a talk therapy which assumes that all people already carry within themselves the skills and resources to solve problems.

Solution-oriented therapies are used for anxieties, depressions, eating disorders, addictions, personality disorders and psychosomatic illnesses.

They also provide a good service in crises, personal development and general skills training.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)


Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a scientifically supported psychotherapeutic approach. It is based on the idea that thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are closely connected. Negative or unhelpful thought patterns can influence emotions and actions – and vice versa. In CBT, you learn to identify these patterns and actively change them. The goal is to understand unhelpful behaviors, develop new perspectives and practice helpful strategies step by step.

How does it work?
CBT is goal-oriented and practical. Common elements include:
  • Psychoeducation: Understanding how difficulties develop and are maintained.
  • Cognitive work: Recognizing and challenging unhelpful thoughts.
  • Behavioral exercises: Practicing new behaviors in everyday situations.
  • Homework: Small exercises between sessions to apply strategies in real life.
  • Self-awareness: Becoming more aware of your own feelings and needs.
